Ellie & Sage began with a question at a kitchen table.
"Mum, why is it so hard to find clothes that actually feel like something?"
Neither of us had a good answer. We had both felt it: somewhere in your forties the cuts get shapeless, the colours get apologetic, and everything else is modelled on someone half your age. So instead of complaining about it, we decided to do something about it.
Sage had the eye. Ellie had the stubbornness. Two names, one standard.
Our Story
We started Ellie & Sage because we saw a gap. Women who wanted clothes that fit their actual lives. Pieces that work for a long lunch, a friend's wedding, a week away or an ordinary Tuesday. Quality that holds its shape. Styles that make you feel put together without trying too hard.
Nobody was making that easy to find. So we built the boutique we wanted to shop in.
